The role
AI changes what a learning product can be. You'll design how learners, managers and admins interact with Nucleus OS — from conversational tutors and generated programs to analytics that prove impact.
You'll own problems end to end: discovery with customers, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping and close partnership with engineering through launch.

What you'll do
- Lead design for core learner and admin workflows from discovery to launch
- Design interaction patterns for AI features: streaming answers, citations, confidence and control
- Prototype quickly and test with real enterprise users
- Evolve our design system and visual language across web surfaces
- Partner daily with engineering to ship polished, accessible UI
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of product design experience on shipped web products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and visual craft
- Fluency in Figma and comfort with high-fidelity prototyping
- Experience designing for complex B2B or data-rich products
- Solid grounding in accessibility (WCAG) best practices
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI/LLM-powered features
- Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/React) to prototype in code
- Motion design or video experience
