Nucleus OS Docs

    Welcome to Nucleus OS

Nucleus OS is the AI-native enterprise learning platform by Nucleus Institute. Learn how to create courses, tutor every learner, automate training admin, and measure what your people actually know.

Nucleus OS replaces the patchwork of authoring tools, LMS, live-training software, and spreadsheets that most learning teams run today. It is one workspace with four connected parts:

    PillarWhat it doesTypical owner
CreateTurns your documents, decks, and recordings into on-brand courses, assessments, and video, with review gates before anything ships.Instructional designers, subject-matter experts

Start with the Quickstart. In about 15 minutes you will set up a workspace, generate a first course from a document you already have, and preview it as a learner.

    How the pieces fit together

A typical program moves through all four pillars:

    Bring your source material

Upload the policy, product guide, or recorded workshop you already have. Nucleus OS proposes an outline and keeps every generated claim linked to the passage it came from. See Importing sources.

    Generate, review, and publish

AI drafts lessons and assessments in your brand voice. Review gates check accuracy, tone, and accessibility, and an approver signs off before learners see anything.

    Enroll the right people automatically

Enrollment rules assign the program by role, team, location, or start date, using data synced from your HR system. Reminders and renewals run on their own.

Learn with a tutor at their side

Learners study at their own pace, ask the AI tutor anything about the material, and rehearse real conversations in role-play.

    Measure what changed

Ask "which teams are behind on the new pricing course?" and get the chart. Mastery shows what people actually know, not just who clicked through.
