Billing and credits
How Nucleus OS plans and credits work, what a credit is, how to top up, and where to see your usage.
Nucleus OS uses one credit pool for AI generation across the workspace. You pick a plan for your monthly volume, top up whenever you need more, and pay only for what is actually generated.

Every plan includes the full product. Plans differ in the size of the monthly credit pool. Annual billing saves about 20%, and credits still arrive every month, the same amount as the monthly plan. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
Enterprise
Organizations with custom volume, procurement, or compliance requirements can talk to us about an enterprise plan through the contact form.
What is a credit?
One credit is $0.01 of generation. Every run is billed on what was actually produced (for example measured video seconds, generated frames, or premium-model tokens), never a flat guess. You see an estimate before you start a run.
- Why prices differ. Each model is priced from its provider's published rate. Faster, sharper, or longer outputs cost more because they cost more to produce.
- Reasoning models. The default reasoning model is included at no credit cost. Choosing a premium model bills the tokens it actually uses, shown in the estimate before the run.
Top-ups
If you run low, top up at any time:

Turn on auto top-up to refill automatically when your balance runs low. Top-up credits never expire.
Manage billing
Open your profile from the dashboard and choose Usage & Billing to:
- See your current plan and credit balance
- Review usage history, with every charge listed line by line
- Buy a top-up or turn auto top-up on or off
- Change plan or switch between monthly and annual billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Keeping costs predictable
- Check the estimate before large generation runs.
- Generate drafts at lower quality settings and finish only the approved version at full quality.
- Use the default reasoning model unless a task needs a premium one.
- Review usage history monthly to see which projects consume the most credits.
