Nucleus OS Docs
    Getting started

    Quickstart

Go from sign-up to a published first course in about 15 minutes.

This guide walks you through the shortest path to value: create an account, generate a course from a document you already have, and see it the way a learner will.

    Before you start

Have one real source document ready, such as an onboarding guide, a policy PDF, or a slide deck. Courses generated from your own material are far more useful than a blank prompt, and every claim stays linked back to the source.

    Create your account

Go to Sign up and register with your work email or Google account. If your company already uses Nucleus OS with single sign-on, sign in through your identity provider instead and you will land in your organization's workspace.

    Choose a plan

New workspaces start on one of the monthly plans (Lite, Standard, or Max). Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits that AI generation draws from. You can change plans or top up at any time. See Billing and credits.

    Open the dashboard

After signing in you land on the dashboard. The sidebar holds your conversations and the main navigation, including Library (what you have generated), Files (everything you have uploaded), and Connectors (integrations with the tools you already use).

Upload a source and describe the outcome

Start a new chat, attach your document, and describe what learners should be able to do afterwards. For example:

Create a 20-minute onboarding course for new support agents from this handbook. Include a short quiz after each section and a final role-play where the learner handles a refund request.

Nucleus OS reads the source and proposes an outline. Adjust it in plain language ("merge sections 2 and 3", "add a module on escalation") until it looks right.

    Generate and review

Approve the outline to generate lessons, assessments, and media. Open any block to edit it inline or regenerate it on its own. Before publishing, run the review gates so accuracy, tone, and accessibility are checked against your sources.

    Preview as a learner

Open the course in learner view. Try the AI tutor by asking a question about the material: the answer should cite the section it came from. Then try the practice activity.

    Publish

Publish the course to make it available in your workspace, or export it as a SCORM package for another LMS. Next, invite your team and launch to learners.
