Dashboards
Build views for executives, managers, and auditors once, share them with the right permissions, and schedule digests.
Dashboards collect the answers you check often into a single view that stays up to date.
Create a dashboard
Start from an answer or a template
Save any plain-language answer to a dashboard, or start from a template: program rollout, compliance status, onboarding ramp, or readiness.
Arrange and filter
Add charts and tables, then set dashboard-wide filters such as program, region, or time range.
Share
Share with people or roles. Viewers only see the data their role allows, so one dashboard can serve both a regional manager and the whole executive team.
Recommended dashboards
| Audience | Include |
|---|---|
| Executives | Readiness for current priorities, completion of mandatory programs, trend over time |
| Managers | Team progress, overdue items, at-risk people, recent role-play attempts |
| Compliance and auditors | Completion by program and version, certification expiry, exemptions |
| Content owners | Concept mastery, most common tutor questions, drop-off by section |
Scheduled digests
Send a dashboard snapshot on a schedule, such as a Monday-morning summary for managers or a monthly compliance report for leadership. Digests link back to the live dashboard.
Fewer, better dashboards
A dashboard nobody opens is worse than none. Start with one per audience, and ask each audience which question they need answered before adding charts.
