Exports and API access
Export any view to CSV or PDF, send learning data to your BI tool or warehouse, and forward xAPI statements to your LRS.
Every metric in Nucleus OS can leave the platform: as a file, through the API, or as xAPI statements.
Export a view
Any answer, table, or dashboard can be exported:

Exports respect permissions: you can only export data your role can see.
BI tools and warehouses
For ongoing analysis, connect your BI tool or warehouse through the API instead of scheduling CSV downloads. Learning data is available programmatically, including people, programs, enrollments, completions, attempts, and certifications. See the API overview.
xAPI
Nucleus OS emits xAPI statements for learning activity and can forward them to your Learning Record Store. See SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.
Handle exports like any personal data
Exports often contain names, emails, and performance data. Store them according to your organization's data policies and delete them when they are no longer needed. See Data and privacy.
