Compliance reporting
Version-aware completion records, a full audit trail, and evidence packs you can hand to an auditor in minutes.
When the auditor asks who completed which version of which course, and when, the answer should be one export away. Nucleus OS records every assignment, completion, attempt, content version, and admin action with timestamps.
What is recorded
| Record | Details |
|---|---|
| Assignments | Who was enrolled, by which rule or person, and when |
| Completions | Date, time, score, and the exact content version completed |
| Attempts | Every assessment and role-play attempt with its score |
| Certificates | Issue date, expiry, version, and renewal history |
| Attendance | Live session attendance with join and leave times |
| Content versions | Every published version, who approved it, and when |
| Admin actions | Rule changes, extensions, exemptions, role changes, and settings changes |
Building an evidence pack
Pick the scope
Choose the program, the population (for example all staff in a region), and the period.
Review gaps
See who is complete, in progress, overdue, or exempt, with reasons for exemptions.
Export
Export as CSV for analysis or PDF for auditors. Packs include content versions and approvals so the auditor can see what people were trained on.
Ask instead of building reports
You can also ask the analytics assistant directly, for example "who in the Lisbon warehouse has not completed the 2026 forklift safety course". See Asking questions.
Automatic re-certification
When regulated content changes, require re-certification for people who completed an older version. Their new completion is recorded against the new version, and the old record is kept.
Data residency
Nucleus OS is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Regional deployment is available for organizations whose compliance requirements specify where data must reside. See Data and privacy.
