    Assessments and interactive content

Question types, scenario-based assessments, interactive cards, scoring, and how assessment results feed mastery.

Assessments in Nucleus OS measure skill, not just recall. Results feed concept-level mastery, which drives adaptive paths and readiness signals.

    Generating good assessments

Ask for the kind of evidence you need. For example:

For each section, write two scenario questions where a customer asks for a refund outside the policy window. Include one plausible wrong answer that reflects a common agent mistake.

Every generated question is linked to the concept it tests and the source passage it is based on. Edit the stem, options, or feedback inline, or regenerate a single question.

    Scoring and passing

    • Passing score. Set a pass mark per assessment (for example 80%).
    • Attempts. Limit attempts or allow unlimited retries; every attempt is recorded.
    • Feedback. Learners get specific feedback on each answer, not a bare score.
    • Rubrics. Short-answer and role-play scoring uses a rubric you approve, so grading is consistent and explainable.

    Feedback, not just grades

Every answer, exercise, and practice session gets actionable feedback. A learner who picks a wrong option sees why it is wrong and where in the source to review.

    Assessments and certification

An assessment can be the requirement for a certification. When a learner passes, the certificate is issued automatically, and re-certification runs before it expires.

    Accessibility

Generated interactive content is keyboard navigable and works with screen readers. The accessibility check in review gates flags missing alt text, low contrast, and media without captions.
