    Translation and localization

Translate whole programs in one click, keep terminology consistent with a glossary, and keep every language in sync when content changes.

Nucleus OS translates and localizes entire programs, including lessons, assessments, feedback, video scripts, and certificates, into all major business languages.

    Translate a course

    Choose target languages

Open the course and choose the languages you need. You can add more languages later.

    Apply the glossary

Your brand voice glossary is enforced: product names, regulated terms, and words marked "do not translate" stay exactly as defined.

    Review with a native speaker

Assign a reviewer per language. Translations go through the same review gates as the source course.

    Publish

Each language is published as part of the same course. Learners see their preferred language automatically; completion and mastery roll up across languages.

    Localization, not just translation

Translation changes the words; localization makes the course make sense. Ask for local examples, currencies, date formats, and regulations where relevant, for example "use euro amounts and EU consumer-law examples for the German version".

    Keeping languages in sync

When the source course changes, Nucleus OS proposes the same edit in every translation. Approve once per language rather than re-translating the whole course. Completion records stay version-aware in every language.

    Regulated content

For legally binding wording, such as safety instructions or regulatory disclosures, have a qualified reviewer approve each language before publishing.

The AI tutor in other languages

Learners can ask the AI tutor questions in their own language. Answers are grounded in your content and cite the source, even if the source is in a different language from the question.
