    HRIS connectors

Connector-specific notes for SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Gusto, ADP, and Paychex, plus CSV and API options.

This page covers connector-specific details. For how HR data is used and the general setup flow, see HRIS sync.

    Least privilege

Create a dedicated, read-only integration user for the connection, limited to the fields you map. Do not connect with a personal admin account.

    CSV sync

If your system is not listed, export a CSV with one row per person and upload it manually or on a schedule. Use the same column names each time, with email or employee_id as the matching key. See Invite users and assign roles for the recommended columns.

    SCIM or API

    • Many HR systems and identity providers can push people through SCIM 2.0.
    • For custom pipelines, use the API.

    After connecting

    1. Run the first sync and review the summary.
    2. Check a few known people: correct team, manager, and start date.
    3. Preview an enrollment rule to confirm attributes match what you expect.
    4. Leave the sync on its schedule and watch the sync history for errors.
