Virtual classroom
Run live sessions, cohorts, and self-paced study in one space, with attendance and participation recorded automatically.
The virtual classroom brings live and self-paced learning together, so blended programs need no extra tools.
Sessions and cohorts
- Live sessions. Schedule a session for a cohort or open it for registration. Participants get calendar invites automatically.
- Cohorts. Group learners who start together, such as a new-hire class or a leadership cohort, and give them a shared space for discussion and resources.
- Self-paced study between sessions. Assign pre-work and follow-up activities on the same path.
During a session
- Share slides, documents, and course content.
- Run polls and quick checks for understanding.
- Break out into small-group practice, including role-plays.
- The AI tutor stays available for questions about the material.
Attendance and participation
Attendance, join and leave times, and participation are recorded automatically and appear in learner records and compliance reports. Facilitators can correct attendance afterwards if needed.
Using Zoom, Teams, or Webex?
If your organization runs live sessions in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex, connect them under Connectors. Sessions scheduled in Nucleus OS can use your existing meeting tool while attendance still flows into learner records.
Recordings
Sessions can be recorded. Recordings can become source material: Nucleus OS can turn a recorded workshop into a self-paced course for people who missed it. See Importing sources.
Role-play practice
Let learners rehearse sales calls, difficult conversations, and procedures with an AI partner that responds in real time and scores each attempt.
Mobile and notifications
Learn on any device, and reach people where they already work with email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams notifications.
